Massive dendritic agate ring made from an Art Nouveau brooch. The patterns on this agate like leopard spots for the animal lover. The stone is set in a fine gold bezel with a simple wire shank. The bezel has a pinkish hue to the gold and the undergallery and band are more yellowish giving it a two tone appearance.
Dendritic agates are formed by various minerals, like iron, manganese and limonite, growing in the crystal forming the tree like patterns.
